This example of a pandemic assessment can be used to assess organisational preparedness (your own and/or your third-parties).

Please note, the purpose of this assessment is to evaluate organisational preparedness and is absolutely not for determining whether or not someone is infected!

The assessment is divided into the following sections:

• Organisational context (e.g. who is the organisation responding, what do they do and how big are they?)
• People (e.g. are staff, customers and suppliers suitably protected from infection?)
• Technology (e.g. have appropriate measures been implemented to secure remote work arrangemetns?)- Planning (e.g. has the necessary business continuity plans been developed and implemented?)
• Finance & Legal (e.g. have the necessary financial and legal implications been evaluated?)
